Hon. Sarah Adwoa Sarfo, Minister for Gender, Children and Social protection, has been sacked from her role as Minister for Gender and Social Protection by President of the republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.
This was sited in statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin.
The statenent read “the President in accordance with article 81 (a) of the constitution revoked the appointment of Sarah Adwoa Safo, who is also Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya”.
The minister for Sanitation and water Resources , Madam Cecilia Abena Dapaah will therefore continue to act as the caretaker Minister for the Ministry of Gender, children and social protection until the President appoints a substantive Minister.
