Chairman Wontumi takes Afia On, Sues her for defamation and ask court to order her to render an unqualified apology for her defamatory statements and a damage of 2 million Ghana Cedis
Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa who is popularly known as Afia Schwarzenegger has being sued by the CEO of Wontumi tv/radio and the Ashanti Regional Chairman on the ticket of NPP, Mr Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman wontumi for defamation.
The chairman in a writ summons dated June 9, 2022, is asking for an amount of two million Ghana (Ghc 2,000,000.00) as damages, costs including legal fees and any other order that the court shall deem fit.
The plaintiff, Chairman wontumi is also asking the court to order the defendant, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa to retract and render an unqualified apology for her defamatory publications.
Why has Chairman wontumi sued Afia Schwar?
In an audiovisual sited by hitnewsgh a few days ago, The defendant was Claiming to have had a sexual intimacy with the plaintiff, chairman Wontumi which the plaintiff deems it a calculated attempt to smear his reputation.
As such, he (The Plaintiff) has no other alternatives than to sue her (Afia Schwar) for damages.
