Ahafo | A young man found dead in a pool of blood at Sankore

The rate at which the youths of Sankore are going to their early graves is becoming an alarming.

Sankore is a town located in the Asunafo South District of the Ahafo Region, Ghana.

In September 2020, a young and energetic die hard fan of the Ruling New Patriotic Party accidentally shot himself

• May 2021, an okada rider was cruelly murdered on Sankore Abuom Road
• December 2021, The Police Gun two Civilians, Natives of Sankore to death at Kokooso
• In January 2022, three school going pupils were knocked down by a car to death
• May 29, 2022: A fully loaded tricycle lumber overturned on rider to death

Information reaching from the same Community, Sankore at Asunafo South in the Ahafo Region is not pleasing to the ears.

Reports have it that, a young man by name, James Avokah who is affectionately called Figo / HIV is found dead in a pool of blood around a fish pond in a boxer short and singlet.

It is a few distance from his house to the crime scene.

At the crime scene, it could be seen that he was shot numerously in between his left shoulder and chest

It is therefore alleged that he was shot to death but as to who the murderer/s is/are still remains unknown.

The incidence is said to have happened in the early hours of today, June 1, 2022.
