VIDEO: Sad Story Of A Widower With Five Orphans Cry For Help

A widower identified as Kwaku Ofori who hails from Anim Nkrumah in the Ashanti Region of Ghana has appealed passionately to well-meaning Ghanaians and benevolence to come to his aid in order to cater for his grandchildren who are now orphans.
His plight was shared by Shakes OrphanAid TV, a subsidiary network of Shakes OrphanAid Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization that helps the less privileged and marginalized people in the society.
Sharing his sad story, the old man who looks so despondent in the video attached to this report, said his son Koo Boateng who is now deceased, died when a building collapsed on his family (his wife and three children).

Koo Boateng and his eldest son died instantly but his wife and two kids survived the catastrophe. Mr. Ofori further added that his daughter-in-law who was pregnant at the time of the accident gave birth later to a boy named Asaaka.
However, he said the severe injuries she sustained from the accident deteriorated her after which she also passed on. He said his own wife (the kids’ grandmother) who was also helping with the welfare of the children also kicked the bucket, compounding his woes.
The children’s aunty, Ama Serwaa also offered to help but poverty has been her obstacle. The pair, therefore, appealed for help since things are going from bad to worse in their lives.
